Canary Homes was established by Barry Rea in early 2017 as a property investment vehicle.  Barry is a former Chartered Surveyor and RICS valuer with over twenty five years’ experience in the UK residential development market.  

Canary Homes partners with residential developers either on a debt or equity basis.  So far most investments have been in London / The South, including a new build development in Crystal Palace which was an equity investment.
