Canary Connections is a private, quarterly property networking event for active SME developers and investors held in London & Manchester.

The network spans both residential and commercial property, bringing together people actively acquiring, developing and delivering projects.

Each event is carefully curated to also bring together a select group of professional advisers - including architects, planners, contractors, brokers and land agents - who work closely with developers and investors.

 

The focus is simple: build a trusted community that leads to better deals, stronger teams, and faster progress.

 

This is property networking done differently  

 

There are no speakers, no presentations and no sales pitches.

Just high quality, in-person networking with people who are actively doing deals across residential and commercial property.

Canary Connections is primarily designed for active property developers and investors (residential and / or commercial).

 

We also welcome a limited number of experienced advisers who directly support those projects. 

 

If you're operating at that level, you'll be in the right room.

Who it's not for  

 

This isn't a beginner event or a place to 'learn the basics'.

​

Attendees are already active in the industry and looking to build meaningful, commercially valuable relationships.
